The need to cancel the Nvidia dependencies

I managed to compile and run the Pencil Code natively on my Apple Silicon MacBook. I have been a Linux user for a long time (and switched to Mac only 4 years ago), I understood that to make it work, I had to cancel the Nvidia dependencies and adapt the compilers for the ARM architecture. Everything is now running perfectly.
